Duster Wrestlers Take On Tough Central 10 Conference Meet

On January 26, the Duster’s Boys’ Wrestling team competed at the Central 10 Conference Invitational at Schuyler High School, with the team scoring 97 points.

“The Central 10 conference is one of the most competitive conferences in the state of Nebraska.  This weekend at the state duals meet in Kearney four of the eight teams represented are from our conference.  Several of our guys had to wrestle rated wrestlers at the conference meet,” said Head Coach Justin Ganser.

Individual Placers included: Brayden Schmalz (113) – 3rd, Brandon Carpenter (126) – 6th, Treven Melroy (138) – 3rd, Tyler Peterson (152) – 4th, Nathan Anderson (170) – 6th, Imanol Munoz (195) – 2nd, Trent Weak (220) – 4th.
